When you get a big block of yellowtail, the part that you trim away includes a bunch of red-colored meat that I figure you could pass off as tuna.

(note that we’ve never tried this one, it’s just the kind of idea that only I think of. Like how at Burger King if the automated bun-toaster failed you could use the automated flame-broiler to do the buns IF you set the motor speed to the maximum setting. They really love me over there at burger king, I swear. Even when I use their grease pencil to draw pictures on their counter)
