I can attest that this braised lamb is awesome as hell…I think this is basically what we actually had over Thanksgiving. Very enjoyable with a glass of IPA and the rest of the kitchen’s contributions of homemade kimchi and cranberry sauce, and the best sweet-potato pie evar.
